Press Brake Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift | Starting at $17.50/hr

Penmac Staffing is hiring Press Brake Operators for 1st and 2nd shift positions starting at $17.50 per hour.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who are looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a key role in fabricating and manufacturing high-quality sheet metal parts while following safety and production standards.

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:
Operate press brake and other machines to fabricate sheet metal parts
Follow all safety rules, job safety analysis, and standard operating procedures
Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production paperwork
Assist with machine setups and adjustments
Package finished parts for shipment
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Assist in other departments as needed

Requirements for the Press Brake Operator:
Ability to read a tape measure, scales, and blueprints
Willingness to submit to a drug screen
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching

Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumes
Fast-paced environment with moving machinery and sharp materials
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent schedule on either 1st or 2nd shift.
