We are seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Setup/Operator to join our dynamic team in Mentor, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bending and forming of materials.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience operating press brake machines or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
