Press Break Operator

OpSource is excited to partner with a reputable Custom Stamped Components company located in Campobello, SC. We are currently seeking a skilled Press Operator to join the team.

As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating press machinery to produce high-quality stamp components. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for working in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Pay: $16- 18/hr + plus depending on experience 

Shift Details:

First shift- 6:00am - 2:30pm 

Second shift - 2:00pm - 12:00am 

Training will be done on 1^st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm.  Once trained you will move to 2^nd shift 2:00pm to 12am, 4 days a week M-Thurs (pay $19.80) 

• Must have mechanical ability/knowledge of how to use hand tools, fixtures, gages, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Operator
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to use/operate micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
• Setup, operate, and tend machines.
• Ability in mechanics and able to read blueprints and read/operate rulers
• Must be able to multi-task while paying close attention to detail.

Qualifications for the position:

• Must have HSD or GED
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Blueprint reading a plus.
