Press Brake Operator – 1st Shift
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to produce high-quality metal parts while maintaining safety and production standards.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
  • Inspect parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Make machine adjustments to ensure parts meet quality specifications.
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.

Qualifications
  • Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
