Our client, an industry leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Press Support / Helper to join their dynamic team.

As a Press Support / Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting press operations and contributing to the production of high-quality prototype components. Job Title: Press Feeder/Helper

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 2nd

What's the Job?

• Load raw sheets of metal into the press following safety and production guidelines
• Remove stamped or formed parts from the press area efficiently and safely
• Inspect parts for obvious defects or quality concerns to ensure high standards
• Stack, organize, and band completed parts for further processing
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety procedures and communicating any issues to supervisors

What's Needed?

• Previous experience as a press feeder, press helper, or in a metal forming/support role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
• Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
