Newbury, OH | $17–$18/hr | 1st, 2nd & 3rd ShiftsReady to put your skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing role? Inova Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer of water softener systems, and we’re looking for dependable Press Operators to join the team! What You’ll Do:
- Operate press machines to form and assemble product components.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Work alongside a team to keep production running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Press operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 30–50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Shifts & Pay:1st Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm
3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am
