Location: Rogers, AR

Pay Rate: $19.30 - $19.55 per hour

Shift Options: 2nd Shift, Mon - Fri, 3 PM-11:30 PM | 3rd Shift, Sun - Thurs, 11 PM-7:30 AM | Overtime as Needed

Press Machine Operator Requirements:

• GED or diploma (trade school = bonus)
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to set up and operate computer-controlled press machines.
• Experience using measuring gauges and performing quality inspections.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow production specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortably lifting to 33 lbs. and standing for an entire shift.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and data entry.
• Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses required.

Press Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Set up and operate Osterwalder, Dorst, or Teledyne carbide presses.
• Load and unload inserts while monitoring machine performance.
• Inspect parts using gauges and visual inspection equipment.
• Pull product samples and record inspection results in computer systems.
• Weigh and load tungsten powder for production.
• Separate and document scrap and finished products accurately.
• Maintain press tooling and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support safe, efficient production.
