Now Hiring Press Machine Operator

Rogers, AR

Pay Rate: $19.30 - $19.55 per hour

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11:30 PM | OT is staying until 1:30 AM

3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11 PM - 7:30 AM | OT is working Fridays

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of hands-on machine operator experience in an industrial/production environment
• Good with mechanics, tools, and small repairs
• Detail-driven with pride in your work
• Able to lift and move heavy loads
• Works well with the crew, safety always first

Daily Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a multitude of Carbide Presses.
• Computer-controlled setup of these machines. Make adjustments as a part of the setup
• Load and offload inserts from multiple presses
• Gage inserts to ensure proper dimensions
• Scope inserts to verify visual characteristics
• Pull samples and record inspection results in computer systems
• Select and weigh Tungsten powder for pressing into green inserts
• Separate scrap from good inserts and document accurately
• Scan the correct production information
• Maintain tooling used in machines, resurfacing as needed
• Operate other equipment as needed
• Operators are required to troubleshoot moderate problems
