Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable opportunity with a great work-life balance? We're seeking a dependable Press Operator to join our Shelton manufacturing team. Enjoy a 4-day workweek while playing a key role in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate press machines according to production requirements
• Load materials and ensure proper alignment for accurate production
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating press machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays as needed
