Summary: As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for preparing components for the molding process, operating a molding press on our epoxy molding production line, and ensuring the highest level of quality in all parts produced.

Essential Functions

• Maintain accurate production paperwork (work orders)
• Enter information into the computer system
• Prepare components for the molding process
• Inspect components prior to molding
• Load multiple components into the mold
• Start and monitor the molding cycle
• Unload parts from the mold upon completion
• Inspect, de-flash, and patch molded parts
• Pack and label completed parts
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior production experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
• Proficiency in operating small handheld tools
• Ability to visually inspect machined parts and gauge them using various handheld gauges
• Capability to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory setting
• Availability for overtime hours, including mandatory Saturday shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old

Shift Details

1st Shift is M-TH, 4X10 hour shifts, 6:30a-5:00p.
