• Precision Craftsmanship: Master the art of operating our presses, transforming raw materials into essential components.
• Quality Champion: Conduct meticulous inspections to ensure every part meets our rigorous standards, contributing to the overall excellence of our products.

• Process Mastery: Handle tooling, load and unload presses, and manage part extraction with efficiency and precision.
• Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, ensuring seamless operations.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus!

  • $1.50 shift differential (for 2nd and 3rd shift) = $18.00 - $18.25/hour
