The Press Operator Assistant supports printing or manufacturing press operations by assisting with setup, material handling, quality checks, and basic maintenance. This role involves loading and unloading materials, monitoring press performance, inspecting finished products, and ensuring safety standards. The assistant also performs basic preventative maintenance, maintains a clean work area, and tracks inventory. Accurate data entry of production details and output metrics into computer systems is essential. The position requires following safety procedures, supporting troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed. This role is scheduled for the 3rd shift, with a pay rate of $18 - $20 per hour.
