Immediate Hire – Press Operator Assistant / Production Helper – $18/hr
Precision Staffing is hiring Press Operator Assistants / Production Helpers for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Florence, KY. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a fast-paced production environment with weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive team. This is a temp-to-hire role, with pay increases once converted to a permanent employee.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $18/hour (Day Shift)+ raises upon hire-on
- Schedule: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotating 3-2-2-3 Schedule; Every other weekend required
- Location: Florence, KY 41042
- Type: Temp-to-hire, full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist Press Operators by loading raw materials and removing finished parts
- Place finished parts in designated containers or conveyors
- Monitor equipment and notify the Press Operator or Supervisor of any issues
- Follow safety procedures when working near heavy machinery
- Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to safety
- Must be able to pass a seven-year background check
- Must be able to pass a 9-panel drug test (THC not included)
