Press Operator

We are hiring a Press Operator to safely set up and operate stamping presses in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with single and progressive die sets and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow within a supportive and high-performing team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set up tools, feeders, payoffs, and coil straighteners

• Handle, use, and install tooling and materials safely

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
• Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good condition prior to production

• Follow process instructions to meet customer specifications

• Operate related handling equipment safely

• Maintain a clean and safety-oriented work environment

• Follow all EPA, OSHA, and internal safety guidelines

• Report incidents, near misses, and support a proactive safety culture

• Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 13 years of press operator experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong attention to detail with solid communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Proficient with measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and comparators

• Must be able to read and write in English and follow both written and oral instructions

• Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed
