Location: Berea, KY

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM | Mandatory OT as needed

To Crush This Job

• GED or diploma required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum 6 months related experience (manufacturing, press operation, production)
• Must wear steel-toe safety shoes at all times
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic understanding of machine safety procedures

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate a press machine to stamp and form metal parts
• Hand-load metal blanks onto the press for processing
• Feed and guide steel through the press to ensure proper stamping
• Work collaboratively with a partner to operate press controls (button operation)
• Remove finished parts from the press after forming
• Place completed parts into designated bins/containers
• Perform continuous repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
• Complete extensive production paperwork accurately and on time
• Follow all safety and quality procedures during operation
