Location: Berea, KY

Pay Rate: $16.50-$16.90/hour

Schedules Available:

1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

From setup to finish, you know what a good bend looks like. We're hiring a Press Operator in Berea who can handle precision work and keep production rolling. If you've got a steady hand and shop smarts, this is your kind of job.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to work safely around large press equipment
• Ability to work closely with a production partner as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete production paperwork accurately
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and place formed metal parts into designated containers
• Reliable attendance and commitment to production goals

Job Duties:

• Operate tandem or transfer press equipment alongside a permanent team member
• Feed steel materials through the press according to production requirements
• Work with a partner to activate press controls during production cycles
• Remove completed parts from the press and place them into designated bins
• Inspect parts for quality and report any production issues
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Support efficient production flow while meeting daily output goals

Job Duties:

You take responsibility for your setup, your machine, and your results. You'll run the press brake, watch for precision, and deliver solid work that meets deadlines and quality goals.
