Assembly Resource MFG is currently hiring Press Operators for our molding department. We have immediate openings on all shifts at a great facility in Cadillac. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with on-the-job training, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Pay

$21.25/hour

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection press, Sacomat press, or assembly equipment
• Perform in-line testing to ensure product quality
• Follow process sheets and production guidelines carefully
• Verify components and materials before use
• Complete required traceability logs, lab sample tags, and production reports
