Press Operator 2nd Shift
Location: Bloomingdale, IL
Pay: $20 $24/hr

Position Overview
Operate and monitor press equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Ideal for hands-on candidates who enjoy working with tools and machinery.
What You ll Do
Operate press machines and monitor production
Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
Inspect parts and identify defects or irregularities
Report equipment or quality concerns
Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Schedule
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM 1:45 AM
Flexibility required up to 4:30 AM and occasional Saturdays
Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:45 PM) for 4 6 weeks
What We re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience (automotive or machinery a plus)
Comfortable making minor adjustments and troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work safely and stay focused in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
