Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 1st and 2nd Shift

Press Operator Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous press operator or printing manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical press systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and data entry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and work effectively in a team environment.

Press Operator Job Duties:

• Set up and operate printing press equipment for daily production.
• Adjust press settings to meet quality and production specifications.
• Monitor production runs and inspect printed products for quality.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and printing issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Load, unload, stack, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Complete production records and support inventory tracking.
• Follow safety procedures while collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.
