Location: Carson, CA

Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday and Every Other Wednesday | 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous press-operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Knowledge of press operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical presses
• Ability to read technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• Ability to perform accurate quality inspections
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lead and mentor junior operators
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

• Set up presses by loading ink, rolls, and materials
• Adjust ink levels, press speed, and other settings
• Operate and monitor printing presses
• Inspect printed materials for defects and inconsistencies
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and printing issues
• Report equipment malfunctions and repair needs
• Load and unload rolls, sheets, and other materials
• Stack, sort, and package finished products
• Maintain production records
• Assist with supply and material inventory
• Lead and mentor junior press operators
• Communicate production status and concerns
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives
• Follow all quality and safety procedures
