SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Thursday | 5:00am-3:30pm

WHAT YOULL DO
Prepare rubber stock, apply adhesives, trim finished parts, and inspect products to meet quality and production standards.
Set up and assist with mold changes, perform basic press maintenance, and support efficient production operations.
Clean and prepare metal inserts using belt sanders and approved solvents while following all PPE and workplace safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized work area, safely move molds using forklifts or manual lifting equipment, and assist other production areas as business needs require.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Ability to safely prepare, assemble, and finish rubber products, including applying adhesives, trimming parts, and cutting rubber with scissors or knives.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in mold setup, perform basic press maintenance, and safely load and unload molds during production.
Commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of PPE, safe operation of forklifts and lifting devices, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs. to waist level, pushing and pulling molds, and standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and frequently push, pull, load, and unload molds and materials throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive hand motions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
