Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

What You'll Do as a Press Operator:- Verify paper stock and raw materials match job ticket specifications
- Ensure printing plates, inks, and coatings are available and set up correctly for production runs
- Set up feeder systems, loading materials, side guides, and double-sheet detectors
- Hang printing plates and change blankets as needed during press operations
- Perform quality checks on printed materials and completed work
- Dispose of waste materials properly and separate recyclable materials as instructed
- Assist with routine press maintenance and production support activities
What You Need to Bring to the Press Operator Role:- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software and entering information
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
