We are seeking a skilled and dependable Flexographic Press Operator to join our team in Exton, PA. In this role, you will operate and maintain flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality label products that meet customer specifications while maintaining efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities Operate flexographic printing presses and run production jobs. Set up printing presses for scheduled jobs. Read, understand, and follow production work orders. Prioritize production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Produce label products that meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain efficient operation of printing equipment. Identify and manage raw materials, tooling, and equipment needs. Accurately report daily production numbers. Perform quality inspections on finished products. Troubleshoot production issues using root cause analysis. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Monitor equipment calibration and report any issues to management. Qualifications Previous machining, machine operation, printing press, or related manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
