- Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance such as lubrication, tool replacement, and cleaning. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report more serious issues to the maintenance team.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production and inspection records, including production numbers, downtime, and machine issues.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and address issues such as misfeeds, jams, or defects during production, and make the necessary machine adjustments or call for assistance as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, quality control staff, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and resolve any production challenges.
