Press Operator II

The Lakeland Ledger is hiring a full-time Press Operator to support daily production in a fast-paced pressroom environment. This role helps ensure safe operations, strong print quality, and on-time production.

• Operate and prepare press equipment for production.
• Maintain print quality and support production deadlines.
• Keep the pressroom clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with basic maintenance and material handling as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Web offset printing experience is preferred, along with mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills. Candidates must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in confined spaces. Color vision is required.
