Our client, a fast-paced family-owned label manufacturer, is seeking an experienced/skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join their team.
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to troubleshoot will be essential in ensuring efficient production.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain printing presses and related equipment
Set up, adjust, and monitor press machines to ensure quality output
Load and unload materials onto the press
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
Follow printing specifications and customer requirements
Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary
Ensure proper ink levels and color consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Search for and correct problems
Oil and clean press and make minor repairs
Perform preventive maintenance
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role preferred
Must be a team player
Full-time: Monday Friday
Pay = $18-20/hr (DOE)
