Location: City Of Industry, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• No previous press operating experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn printing press operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely handle production materials and operate equipment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Job Duties:

• Assist with setting up printing presses by loading ink, paper, and production materials
• Adjust press settings under the direction of the Press Operator to meet job specifications
• Monitor press operations and identify equipment issues or production concerns
• Load and unload paper rolls, sheets, and other materials
• Prepare and stage materials for production runs
• Stack, sort, inspect, and package finished printed products
• Perform quality inspections to ensure printed materials meet specifications
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on printing presses and work areas
• Maintain production records and assist with inventory of printing supplies
• Follow all company safety procedures and support production goals as part of the press team
