We are recruiting experiencedCommercial Web Press Operators to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 2nd or 3rd shift in our Milton, WI production facility. Qualified candidates will:
- Excel in a fast-paced production environment using problem-solving skills to keep the press running smoothly
- Use positive communication skills to mentor operators-in-training and keep the team focused on meeting productivity goals during all phases of production
- Be responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on the press
- Set up the press using detailed instructions to ensure the successful production of each project
- Monitor the quality of materials being produced
- Troubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, involving a mechanic when necessary
- Supervise the work of employees assigned to your press/team
Experience and Education:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have at least two years of prior experience operating a printing press, including working knowledge of 4-color process, UV curing, plow-folds, and ink jet personalization techniques
