We are seeking a Stamping Press Operator to work in Monroe, WI, across three shifts: 1st (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM), 2nd (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM), and 3rd (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, annealing).
Pay rates are $19.00/hour for 1st shift and $20.00/hour (including a $1.00 shift differential) for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Primary duties include operating stamping press machines, aligning parts, banding coils, completing production paperwork, removing scrap, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read instructions, familiarity with ERP systems, dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus.
