Press Brake Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Press Brake Operator to operate and manage press brake machinery in a manufacturing/production environment. This position is responsible for accurately forming and bending metal components while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor press brake machinery to form and bend metal parts.
• Set up machines, tooling, and materials according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous press brake or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
