Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA safety requirements. + Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements. + Operates a printing press producing flexible packaging + Set up the press to produce a product to the specifications described in the production job jacket, including formulations and color shading of inks. + Track and record production, waste, and material usage. + Perform required preventive maintenance and secure Maintenance Team assistance as necessary. + Hazardous waste handling + Participate on related teams as requested and required. + Additional tasks and duties as assigned. **What You Bring:** + Ability to sight ink formulas and distinguish between all color matches during the printing process through direct visual inspection. + Physically capable of moderate to heavy transferring of objects up to 50 pounds. + Ability to access areas above head levels and work with both hands simultaneously. + Ability to receive, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions. + Ability to perform calculations involving decimals and fractions and reading a ruler. + Maintain an understanding of the materials used in production and their specific differences. + Visually inspect print quality and understand the factors in production which may cause a variance. + Possess a positive attitude and be able to work without supervision in a team environment. + Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day. **What We Offer:** + Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives and retirement savings plans with company match + Customizable group benefits including health, dental, life, disability, and travel insurance + Paid time off + Career development opportunities + A dynamic, inclusive work environment where your voice matters and your growth is supported \#LI-CD1 Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
