Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Sunday – Wednesday

Chardon Custom Polymer is hiring Rubber Injection Press Operators for its manufacturing facility in Chardon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable union workforce with competitive pay increases and a consistent overnight schedule.
Job Duties
- Operate rubber injection molding presses
- Inspect parts for quality and defects
- Trim, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a dirty rubber production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Steel-toe shoes or boots required

First Day Instructions
Report to the front entrance of the plant and have a seat on the bench. A supervisor will come out and bring you into the facility.
