Location: Manufacturing Facility in Central Florida
Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule Type: 2-2-3 rotation(every other weekend)
Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Press Operator to support flexographic printing operations on night shift. This role is responsible for mounting printing plates and ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Mount printing plates for flexographic presses with precision and accuracy
Ensure proper alignment and consistency of print materials
Perform color matching and maintain high-quality print standards
Analyze and interpret technical specifications and production requirements
Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues as needed
Maintain organization of materials, tools, and work area
Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Strong mathematical skills (decimals, percentages, measurements)
Excellent attention to detail, including color matching accuracy
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze technical information and follow procedures
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Strong communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Preferred Experience
Experience in flexographic or printing environments
Familiarity with color measurement instruments
Previous manufacturing or production experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.
