Press Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Press Operator will safely operate and monitor press equipment, maintain product quality, and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed
• Day and Night shifts available
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor press equipment according to production specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, production standards, and company policies.
• Complete production records and communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team to meet production targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or press operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
