Press Operator

Now hiring a Press Operator in Berea, KY, starting at $16.50/hour on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with mandatory overtime beginning at 4:00 AM.

As a key team member, you'll load materials, check quality, and support daily production goals. Candidates should have a diploma or GED, 6 months manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, wear steel-toes, and be flexible with overtime.

• Perform production tasks in a safe, efficient manner
• Stand, walk, and handle materials throughout shifts
• Use hands for assembly, inspection, and handling
• Follow safety procedures and plant policies
• Maintain quality and attention to detail
• Communicate with team and report issues
• Support process improvements and participate in pre-shift meetings
