We are seeking Assembly Operators to assemble electrical fastening products and components using hand tools, machinery, and following work instructions and blueprints. Responsibilities include selecting materials, maintaining equipment, conducting quality checks, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards. The role involves working individually or in teams, recording accurate production data, and participating in continuous improvement activities.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, experience with tools and manufacturing processes, and the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions. Prior light industrial experience is preferred.
