Description

Picture your morning at 7:00 AM: you review the day’s prints, prep your station, and lay down clean, consistent welds that will go into tough industrial service. As a skilled MIG/TIG professional, you’ll help a well-established manufacturer deliver precision-fabricated components for power generation, HVAC, petrochemical, pulp and paper, waste, and steel applications.

A day in the shop

You’ll partner with a tight-knit production team to turn specifications into finished assemblies. From boiler parts to HVAC sections, your welding accuracy and fit-up skills will keep projects moving and customers satisfied.

Your craft

  • Perform MIG (GMAW) and/or TIG (GTAW) welding on boiler and HVAC components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings/symbols
  • Fit, assemble, and fabricate metal components to specification
  • Inspect completed welds and assemblies to confirm quality standards
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production goals

What you’ll bring

  • Hands-on experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Willingness and ability to successfully pass a weld test
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and safely handling fabrication equipment

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

  • $19.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time, consistent schedule
