What You'll Tackle

• Operate and maintain a Mark Andy P Series press to meet customer specs and job ticket requirements.
• Study job orders and schedules to determine press setup: substrates, inks, coatings, and finishing.
• Load materials, configure files, calibrate color, and stage the press for precise print production.
• Track performance during runs, holding color, registration, and print accuracy.
• Perform color calibration and fine-tune settings to protect brand color standards and print consistency.
• Run in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
• Troubleshoot defects, press issues, and workflow snags to minimize downtime and waste.
• Handle routine maintenance and cleaning; escalate mechanical repair needs.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain a tidy, organized environment.
• Coordinate closely with production supervisors, prepress, and finishing for smooth handoffs and on-time delivery.

What You Bring

• Experience with Mark Andy P Series or similar narrow-web flexographic equipment
• Understanding of substrates used for pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible, or specialty packaging
• Precision mindset with proven color accuracy and print quality control
• Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and production schedules
• Preferred: familiarity with flexographic print systems, color management, and RIP software
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor adjustments
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Reliable communicator and collaborative teammate
