Pressure Washing Technician - Garland, TX

The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of 20 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night and conducting Ad hoc washes as time allows. The Pressure Washing Technician is also responsible for reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel.

• General maintenance knowledge and repair procedures a plus.
• Ability to use common tools and office equipment required.
• 2+ years work experience preferred
• Experience in a retail maintenance environment a plus
• General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures a plus
• Maintenance or repair certifications a plus
• Basic Microsoft office knowledge
