Work schedule: Mon-Thurs, 6am - 4pm

The Preventative Maintenance (CNC) is responsible for keeping CNC machines and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and production-ready. This role supports machine operators by performing routine cleaning, handling materials, replenishing supplies, and helping maintain an efficient and safe work environment.

Job Specifications:
- Clean CNC machines, workstations, and surrounding production areas.
- Remove chips, debris, and excess materials from machines and work areas.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and lubrication as directed.
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-process throughout the department.
- Replenish tooling, supplies, and production materials as needed.
- Assist operators with machine changeovers and general production support.
- Complete cleaning and maintenance checklists accurately.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Identify and report machine issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to supervisors.
- Experience & Skills: Manufacturing experience preferred but not required; ability to safely operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks; strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly; ability to perform repetitive cleaning and material-handling tasks throughout the shift; ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and wear required PPE.
