What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and continuously improving performance:Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenanceManage equipment data, repair files, and parts inventory systemsBuild and maintain a library of repair documentation and proceduresSupport development and optimization of our CMMS systemCollaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issuesConduct inspections and make adjustments to maintain performanceDevelop easy-to-use parts identification and inventory systemsHelp drive plant safety, environmental, and compliance initiativesCreate and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and maintenance documentationKeep operations running smoothly by staying organized, proactive, and detail-focused
What You Bring
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment5+ years of PM planning/scheduling experienceExperience in a liquid fill environment is a strong plusKnowledge of GMPs, OSHA safety standards, and plant maintenance principlesExperience with SAP, CMMS systems, and work order managementStrong skills in planning, organization, and inventory controlAbility to read technical documents, drawings, and write detailed repair reportsA proactive mindset-someone who plans ahead to prevent issues, not just fix themStrong communication and teamwork skills
Physical & Work Environment
Climate-controlled manufacturing facilityCombination of desk work and time on the production floorModerate noise levels with active equipment and machineryMust be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and wearing required PPEOvertime and weekend work as needed to support operations
