    Description

    Coke Florida is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Fleet Technician based out of our Hollywood location. Working 3:00PM to 11:30PM, Monday - Thursday and 12:00PM to 8:30PM on Sunday.

    What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for scheduling and performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all company fleet assets.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all company fleet assetsTroubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all company fleet assetsComplete scheduled preventative maintenance services in accordance with company and DOT standardsFollow, adhere to, and demonstrate all company safety policies and procedures at all times

    Respond promptly to service calls and roadside breakdowns as neededMaintain, organize, and properly care for tools, equipment, and workspacesAccurately maintain company maintenance records, service logs, and documentation

    For this role, you will need:

    Minimum of 1 year of technical experience on light, medium and heavy equipmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative as a self-starterExcellent demonstrated technical aptitudeProvide and maintain personal hand tools appropriate for performing high‑quality mechanical dutiesBasic Computer skillsValid liability insurance and driving record within Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) policy guidelines*

    • Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the position.

    Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

    3+ years technical experience highly preferredPreventative maintenance and repair of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipmentGasoline, diesel, propane and/or electric vehicle experience preferredASE certification and CDL license or certification strongly preferred
