Role Overview
As a Preventative Service Representative, you will proactively engage with both existing and new customers to promote Inspection, Test, and Monitoring services, generate sales opportunities, and provide tailored security consultations. You will handle inboundinquiries, follow up on marketing leads, and collaborate closely with the inspections team to quote and sell repair services. Your role includes managing customer billing concerns by offering fee abatements linked to new service agreements, driving contract renewals, qualifying leads, and negotiating terms to close deals over the phone.
