Develop and deliver prevention and education workshops addressing family violence, conflict resolution, and healthy relationships.
Provide community outreach and awareness campaigns across the installation.
Coordinate with command leadership and base agencies to support readiness through prevention programming.
Maintain training materials, attendance logs, and program evaluation metrics.
Support annual FAP prevention plan development and implementation.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field.
2+ years’ experience developing and delivering educational workshops.
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with DoD family support programs and community resources.
