We are currently seeking a full-time Preventive Functional Family Therapy Case Aide at our Community Based Services Program. Position Summary:The Preventive Functional Family Therapy Case Aide provides supportive case management services to families in the Orange County Preventive Program to enhance the clinical service provision. Direct case management services to children and families including but not limited to: risk assessment and goal setting, data collection, transportation, and community referrals as needed. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am-7pm (Saturday-Sunday OFF), with rotating on call responsibilities The Children's Home offers an outstanding benefit package which includes medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 403(b), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a great work environment! Paid time off includes 4 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days, 12 holidays and 9 sick days annually.QualificationsMINIMUM Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with 2 years experience * Experience working with children and families * Valid NYS Driver License in good condition as determined by the Agency * Must complete and pass a pre-employment physical, PPD and drug screen and an annual physical and PPD.
