Job Summary


We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Preventive Maintenance Technician to support our military community. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, HVAC duct cleaning experience a must, and maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable living environments for residents.


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance throughout apartment homes and common areas.
  • Conduct HVAC duct cleaning, vent cleaning, and filter replacement in occupied and vacant units.
  • Inspect HVAC systems and report repair needs to the maintenance supervisor.
  • Assist with unit turns, make-readies, and seasonal maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of mechanical rooms and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a professional, resident-friendly manner.
  • Complete work orders and preventive maintenance logs accurately.
  • Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.
Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to participate in a rotating on call schedule.
  • Duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance experience strongly preferred.
  • General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism with residents.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work overtime on occasion.
  • Must be able to assist with snow removal on occasion. 
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
