Responsibilities:

Summary

 

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for creating pricing proformas for new and existing business in collaboration with Client Services, Practice Leads, and Business Development. The PA partners with Client Services, Back Office Departments, and Accounting to ensure accurate data and financial management of new programs. This role provides exposure to pricing strategy, financial modeling, and cross-functional business operations, offering a strong foundation for career growth in finance and analytics. The PA is proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Qualities include building customer relationships, financial acumen, problem solving, professionalism, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, ability to work independently and function in a team environment, the ability to adapt to changes in the workplace, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

  •  Assist and create pricing for new business opportunities, partnering with Practice Leads and Business Development
  • Collaborate with Financial Analysts and Program Accountants on the transition of new program proformas to the program’s variance analysis and forecasting responsibilities post-launch
  • Attend the launch meetings of new program wins and execute necessary tasks associated with launching the program
  • Work with Financial Analysts to ensure that all information for new programs is correctly input into a forecast file
  • Work with Program Accountants to ensure understanding on how program was priced as it relates to month end close and billing
  • Do initial review of credit reports for new clients and discuss with DFO as needed
  • Review non-disclosure agreements with clients
  • Partner with C&PA Manager to ensure most up to date standard cost assumptions are utilized in pricing tools and templates
  • Assist with pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Ad-hoc reporting as necessary to support business needs

  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or mathematics (Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or related field (internship experience applicable)
  • Four (4) in-office workdays per week and the option to work one (1) additional day remotely or in the office
