Perform all day-to-day activities in bid summary, carrier relations, and tariff
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all departmental deadlines are met to company guidelines (including status reports.)
Research pricing discrepancies and ensure they are properly resolved.
Run cost analysis reports.
Create and maintain accurate pricing contracts.
Provide quality assurance in reviewing colleagues’ pricing contracts.
Load contracts into TI/TMS.
Escalate known issues and highlight areas for process improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree or
3 - 5 years industry experience with high school diploma.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common English business communication including invoices, letters, and bills of lading.
Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from the customer.
Ability to effectively present information to clients and management.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
Ability to understand and act upon verbal and written instructions.
Ability to learn TI/TMS systems.
Advanced Excel skills preferred.

SCHEDULING
This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. An employee in this position must be available to work occasionally on weekends and evenings, during peak periods.
TRAVEL
Local travel is required. Out of state travel is limited, but may be required for special training/conferences.
