ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are currently looking for a Full Time Pricing Analyst to join our growing team who will be responsible for providing support on the execution of North America''s pricing strategy, revenue performance and market positioning.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the develop and execution of leadership''s strategies to grow revenue and market share
• Execute pricing optimization to meet margin targets
• Build data-driven business cases using advanced analytics
• Analyze market trends and transaction data to provide insights to support Sales and senior leadership
• Assists Revenue Management team on execution of dynamic global pricing strategy changes

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor''s degree preferred (but nor required) with background in Finance or Economics
• Intermediate Excel skills required, database management a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Results-driven, adaptable, and highly organized

XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this (Salary Exempt or Non-exempt hourly rate) role ranges from ($70,000USD to $85,000USD). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, XE offers comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental and vision benefits, a 401(K) plan, Paid Vacation/ Sick Leave and more.
