This Pricing Analyst adds value by driving profitable growth through the development of competitive rates and contract proposals across assigned trade lanes and customers. By analyzing cost structures and market data, partnering closely with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Freight Services, and responding quickly to RFPs, the Pricing Analyst directly influences margin performance and market positioning. The role brings strategic insight through pricing analytics, contract and tariff development, customer and carrier negotiations, and regulatory support, while also providing leadership with clear data, recommendations, and back-up positions that enable informed decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for creating profitable and competitive rates and contract proposals for assigned trade lanes and/or customers.

Education & Credentials:
Bachelor's degree in business, transportation/logistics or equivalent work experience; or a combination of post-high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.
Experience:
2 - 4 years of prior pricing experience within the shipping and/or logistics industry with 1 - 2 years prior customer service or sales experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
